Lujo Home Shipping Policy
If you wish to choose a different service (other than the ones listed) and pay any additional costs please message us or contact us first before ordering.
- CURRENTLY we have a shipping special, FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $100. This is for standard shipping in Australia only (of our choice, we will use the most economical choice depending on your order. Could be Sendle, or Aus Post courier or priority letter). Does not include express. This offer will be displayed at checkout once you have entered your details.
For any order under $100 we are offering a capped price shipping special for standard courier shipping at $6. If you want Australia Post shipping to PO boxes or express there is also an option for this at checkout.
- We offer two shipping services, one with Australia post (mainly letter and satchel options for smaller orders) and the other with Sendle (Couriers please or Fastway), these options will be available to choose at checkout with varying costs. Your item will be sent with the choice you choose at checkout. Standard shipping options for small parcels do not include signature on delivery, if you wish to include this please message us first for a quote on delivery.
- We aim to ship all items in stock within 1- 3 business days (in most cases same day) We are open during the Christmas holiday period although couriers and Australia post may not be.
- Items are shipped from Morphett Vale South Australia 5162. All products are kept in stock, we do not drop ship (except back orders)
- In most instances with products in stock, you would expect to receive your goods within 7 – 14 days unless notified otherwise. Sometimes this can be affected by shipping issues as well as your destination shipping time.
- For out of stock items please email us so we can keep you up to date with our stock as it comes in.
- For some items you have the option to back order (see details below)
- Deliveries to business locations need to have business name in the address details. If not provided the courier / Australia post may not be able to arrange delivery and your parcel may be redirected back to us. In this instance we can not take responsibility for extra time or costs involved.
- Incorrect address. Please double check the address you have provided is correct and written in full. We can not take responsibility for any incorrect addresses given to us that result in your parcel being late or lost.
- You will be provided tracking details by email by either the courier or Australia post. If you are unable to find it please check your junk folder or email us and we can provide it. The courier will update your on the progress of your delivery online with this number.
We do not have a standard charge for express delivery service as it varies from order to order. Your items are send from postcode 5162 (we are in Australia posts express delivery range) If you would like a quote on an order for express delivery please contact us for a quote before ordering and we will be happy to get this for you.
ADELAIDE ONLY click and collect options
No charge for local pickup, click and collect as long as we can arrange a suitable time for pickup and abide by the handling times to get stock to the location. Please message or email before placing order for details.
Orders can be purchased online, and picked up from 2 locations in Adelaide, by arrangement only. Please contact us or call Melissa on 0415345102 for more idea on time frame.
Westfield Marion SA – Lujo home pop up stand. (located just outside Medibank private just down from BigW at the Kmart end of Westfield) For in stock items (purchased online) this location can be arranged for click and collect within 2 business days
Westfield Tea Tree Plaza SA – Lujo home pop up stand. (located just outside optus at the Flash Retail pop kiosk) For in stock items (purchased online) this location can be arranged for click and collect within 3 business days
Once your order is placed we will phone or email you to arrange a pickup time suitable. Please make sure these details are correct on your order.
Please do not choose local pickup for items that need postage. If this is done by accident items will not be posted until full postage charge has been paid, items can only be refunded with a 10% restocking charge.
Back orders & pre orders
- For back orders or pre-orders please contact us in regards to an approximate time before purchasing if wait time may be an issue.
- In most cases back ordered stock and pre-orders will take between 4-6 weeks for manufacturing purposes to become available for dispatch. Please only use this option if wait time is not an issue.
- We are happy to ship Internationally with prior arrangement via message or contact form.
- Please be aware most products are manufactured for the Australian market in Australian sizes, please double check sizing tables and information on the individual listings to compare with your mattress and pillow size and make sure these will be suitable before purchasing.
- We are very happy to ship Internationally, if you do not see an option to ship to your Country please contact us so we can provide a quote for you if available.
- Shipping times could take longer then the standard 14 day turnaround
- For international orders please be aware your orders may be delayed or held by customs, or possibly incur extra fees from Customs any extra fees will need to be paid by you, they will not be paid by us.
Lujo Home Change of Mind Returns Policy (For Australian Residents)
Item not quite what you thought? we are happy to either exchange or return for you provided it meets the following guidelines:
- Within 14 days (unless item was delivered outside the normal 14 day period)
- You provide Proof of purchase
- Items need to be in brand new / unused condition in original packaging all tags/labels attached, please check colour, dimensions and suitability before opening packaging as it need to be in the same condition for resale
- All postage for returning item to us is paid by customer including returning item to us (except in case of faulty items)
- In the case of faulty items please communicate with us via email first, and we will be happy to refund or exchange including the cost of the postage agreed by us – Within 14 days
- Only in the case of free delivery or capped price delivery for overseas purchases there will be a restocking fee of 10% charged on every return to compensate for the original postage paid by us for delivery. For this reason please be sure sizes etc are suitable before purchasing
