Trading Times Update

Lujo Home is a South Australian Family business.  For this reason our online store remains open as we are able to continue to pack your orders every day.

Order dispatch in most cases is within 24 – 48 business hours.

Please note couriers and Australia Post can take a longer than normal (even Express Post is taking longer than normal).  During Covid shipping times and delays can be impacted.  Couriers and Australia Post have also changed their terms for shipping and may leave parcels without knocking so please keep an eye out on your tracking.  Often your tracking numbers will be sent via email and end up in your spam or junk folder so please check there for details.  Tracking details email will come from either Sendle or Australia Post depending on how your order has been sent.

Lujo Home Shipping Policy

If you wish to choose a different service (other than the ones listed) and pay any additional costs please message us or contact us first before ordering.

  • All of our shipping specials including Free shipping or capped shipping are valid for Australia only.
  • Our current shipping special is for FREE shipping over $100.  This is for standard shipping in Australia only (of our choice, we will use the most economical choice depending on your order.  Could be Sendle, or Aus Post courier or priority letter).  Does not include express.  This offer will be displayed at checkout once you have entered your details.
    For any order under $100 we are offering a capped price shipping special for standard courier shipping at $6.  If you want Australia Post shipping to PO boxes or express there is also a paid option for this at checkout.
  • We offer two shipping services, one with Australia post (mainly letter and satchel options for smaller orders) and the other with Sendle (Couriers please or Fastway), these options will be available to choose at checkout with varying costs.  Your item will be sent with the choice you choose at checkout unless the capped price shipping is chosen.  Standard shipping options for small parcels do not include signature on delivery, sometimes couriers or Australia post will leave items in a safe place.  If you wish to include insurance or signature on delivery please message us first for a quote on delivery.
  • We aim to ship all items in stock within 1- 3 business days (in most cases same day)  We are open during the Christmas holiday period although couriers and Australia post may not be.
  • Items are shipped from South Australia 5162.  All products are kept in stock,  (except back orders)  we do not drop ship.
  • In most instances with products in stock, you would expect to receive your goods within 1 – 14 days unless notified otherwise.  Sometimes this can be affected by shipping issues as well as your destination shipping time.
  • For out of stock items please email us so we can keep you up to date with our stock as it comes in.
  • For some items you have the option to back order (see details below).
  • Deliveries to business locations need to have business name in the address details.  If not provided the courier / Australia post may not be able to arrange delivery and your parcel may be redirected back to us.  In this instance we can not take responsibility for extra time or costs involved for the extra delivery.
  • Incorrect address.  Please double check the address you have provided is correct and written in full.  We can not take responsibility for any incorrect addresses given to us that result in your parcel being late or lost or any lost products or resending costs, product loss or re-delivery fees will be at your expense.
  • You will be provided tracking details by email by either the courier or Australia post.  If you are unable to find it please check your junk folder.  If you are unable to find if your junk folder please email us and we can provide it.  The courier will update your on the progress of your delivery online with this number.

Express delivery

We do not have a standard charge for express delivery service as it varies from order to order.  Your items are send from postcode 5162 (we are in Australia posts express delivery range)  If you would like a quote on an order for express delivery please contact us for a quote before ordering and we will be happy to get this for you.  Sometimes the charge will be displayed at checkout upon entering your address.  If you pay for express delivery we will send your items express.  Express can still take longer than 24 hours depending on your location, please take this into consideration.

Back orders, pre orders & special orders

  • We are currently not doing back orders, pre orders or special orders.

International Orders:

We are currently only shipping within Australia.

Discount Policy

We aim to make our products the best price that we can.  Sometimes we do special offers, or offers for signing up to our mail list, first order etc.  Our company policy is all offers are available separately and can not be used in conjunction with each other unless stated on individual offers.

Bank Transfer Payment Policy

We are happy to accept bank transfers at checkout for customers wishing to pay by cash bank transfer or bank money deposit.  This is also available for NDIS Customers.

Please make your payment directly into our bank account. This will be displayed at checkout after completion of order.  Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. Please make payment within one business day as they can take up to 2 days to show in our bank account and we can not hold items for more than 3 business days as our stocks are limited.
